REWIND:

A year ago, the season finale of Kitchen Nightmares stopped by a 'quaint' Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant called "Amy's Baking Company" run by Amy and Samy Bouzaglo.

Wait, what? You heard that right. The infamous shitstorm of a restaurant that forced Gordon Ramsay to say "fuck this!" and leave. Shitty food, tip theft and the lack of worker rights meant that the restaurant was no longer worth saving.

But did it die?

...

No.

What happened instead was the worst thing anyone could do for damage control: after the season finale aired, quite a lot of angry facebook denizens/yelpers/redditors (aka 4chan 2.0) voiced their negative feedback pertaining to the events broadcasted. And well, what the Bouzaglos did wasn't exactly what I call "perfect PR damage control."

Yeah. Fighting fire with fire isn't going to help. They even tried to claim that their facebook was hacked. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to.

Now fast forward a year to May of 2014 where Ramsay arranged a local reporter to do a follow-up. And well... !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! as all hell.

I'm willing - WILLING to give Amy's Baking Company a try but... Do you really want to eat at a restaurant that was the talk of the year?

I was under the impression it was going to be a brand new show w/ Gordon going back, but it was just a re-hash with a short interview with the nutcases.

My family lives in Peoria, and I'll be there in November, but seeing this train wreck in person isn't worth the time I'd waste.
